Customs clearance

Cosmetics VAT is 17%, duty is 5% to 18%. The fist step of importing Cosmetics is getting CFDA registration. Label approval certificate has been cancelled from 1st, April, 2015, replaced by being checked on site when doing customs clearance.

Process of cosmetics import：

        1.get CFDA registration

        2.get Chinese labels record

        3.prepare documents to do inspection, get inspection declaration, then doing customs clearance.

        4.After being released and getting CIQ heath certificate, cosmetics can be sold on market.
